Coach was easy to find on arrival at Phnom Penh airport. Driver helpful with luggage. Communication about the return pick up was very good. The driver was waiting at the airport with clear sign, we were 30 mins early. The driver said they check flights and arrive accordingly. Clean and comfortable vehicle driven within speed limits (a good sign for me). I booked for 10am pickup and was informed the drive would be there from 09.50. As it happens I was called that morning with an apology for congestion and a new time of 10am, so no delay.

There were 4 of us for this transfer but 3 got a flight cancelled so I kindly ask the company to pick me up earlier, they managed a new pick up time in 15minutes.
It was really helpful as initial pick up time was 2h later.
The drivers were really helpful too, nice chat, customer service driven.

Good booking system, and on both occasions driver arrived on time.
From Hotel to Airport however, we were nervous throughout the full 1 hr journey, as the driver was constantly on the phone, and steering very casually with one hand. Glad we arrived at Airport without an accident.

Excellent service, lady driver with name sign at airport waiting for us. The way back to the airport, rang to say driver was 10 mins late (I think he had wrong location as we were staying in an apartment), this was quickly resolved and he turned up within 5 mins of the phone call. Seamless booking and will definitely use on our next trip.

Booked a transfer from Sihanoukville airport to Sihanoukville Port with an English speaking driver. Our drive there was great, our driver even stopped to let us take pictures at scenic points and took some photos of the two of us. On the way back our driver did not speak English, we had to turn on the data on our phones to use google translate, the AC in the car also did not work
